It is important to note that this isn’t a “quick fix” fitness program, but one that is sustainable and long term. The ReShapeHER Program will help a Mother build a solid Body Composition over a short period of time when practiced consistently. Successful results can be seen in as little as 4-6 weeks!

Yes! Cassie discusses MyFitnessPal in her program, as that’s the tracker she uses personally and is the most familiar. There are other options available in the marketplace.

Yes! There are different variations to all of the lifts that are mentioned in the ReShapeHER Program that can be accomplished both in the gym and at home. As long as they target the same muscle group in a similar fashion, they can be used to replace a specific lift that is recommended. However, it is recommended that most of the lifts mentioned in the ReShapeHER Program are practiced.

Yes! The workout plans mentioned for specific days (for both Cardio and Resistance Training) can be switched. However, keep in mind that when doing this, it is critical that for Resistance Training, the same muscle group isn’t exercised within a 48-hour period of time.

Yes! The ReShapeHER Program can be done at the gym and also at home. Home variations of the suggested lifts are given in the workout videos and also supported in the 3-Day or 5-Day Fitness Guides.
