I highly recommend this book if you’re looking for motivation and the tools to achieve your optimal fitness and nutrition results as a woman/MOM. The book provided a logic and science based approach geared specifically towards mothers. In other books I’ve read on fitness, I have become lost and disinterested but found this book to be easily read and digested. Loved that there is a cliff notes section at the end of each chapter to provide a valuable recap. Feeling ready to get strong as a mother!

The book is complete with practical information for women, especially moms. The author beautifully explains how the mind, body, and soul are all connected in achieving our fitness goals. She does offer a WHOLE-ISTIC approach. A real focus on the woman as a whole & tools that make it easy for her to grasp. Also, I felt like it gave me the push I needed when she talked about giving ourselves grace as we achieve big goals and that small wins must always be celebrated. Also, every small step and every decision adds up. We should be focused on the journey, not just “hinging our emotions” based only on results. We must change our mindset and RESET it regarding overall health. It's a great read and easy to digest!!!
