Hey,

After having two children and being over the age of 40, I wanted to make sure that I did more than get my body back.

The problem? As moms, so many of us believe that you can't get your pre-baby body back. I'm here to tell you that you CAN. And you can do it without spending hours a day in the gym and with a full calendar. (I've been known to live in gym clothes to fit everything in.) 

As I prepared for body building competitions, I discovered that women need the tools to be confident, bolder, and sexier than before. I'm here to tell you the results you want as a mom are possible.

MY FITNESS ERA

With my pursuit of education and my motivation to make a healthy change for myself, I started my fitness journey as a Mom to achieve the Body Composition of my dreams and I did it!

2018 - NOW

Life Before Kids

With a high-stress job and “on-the-go” lifestyle, I adopted additional unhealthy fitness and nutritional practices in order to balance my “work hard, play hard” mentality.

2000-2011

The “Early Years"

As one of three girls raised by a single Mom, I observed dysfunctional eating and exercise habits that led to my own unhealthy nutrition and fitness behaviors.

1985-1995

Pregnancy and Baby #1

Life changed and so did my body! I realized that my unhealthy habits needed to change although my focus was primarily on being a Mom.

2012-2014

College Years

Although an athlete on a full-ride scholarship, I struggled to maintain a balance with my nutrition and fitness without a solid understanding of fitness.

1996-2000

Pregnancy and Baby #2

As happy as I was to have completed our family, I was internally unhappy with my body and fitness. This motivated me to realize I needed to make a change.

2015-2017
